At The Close Of Every Day

Together with Marcel van der Velde I directed the concert film ‘The Sound of Someone Watching Me’. At the Close Of Every Day was playing at the Ancienne Belgique in Brussels together with Dave Eugene Edwards from 16 Horsepower (2005, Volkoren records).

Il Lombardia

A documentary about the cycling classic Giro di Lombardia. A five year long project with the ambition to capture the soul of this incredibly heavy cycling race. It takes the peloton through the hills around lake Como, and rushes them over steep and grim climbs. Just when you think the race can’t get more difficult, there’s the little church house on top the Ghisallo. The bells ring as the peloton rolls by and on they go, back to Como again. I’ve done the editing and grading and filmed some scenes.

It’s in the official selection of the Dutch Film Festival Utrecht 2011.
